My home is near Asok, and drivers just don't want to drive across town after midnight. We had a half dozen drivers refuse the fare before we finally arm-twisted a driver into taking us to Sukhumvit. Again, last night was nuts... the trip TO the place took nearly 2 hours, when the usual time is around 30 minutes. All those lights sure were pretty, though.
