I agree it is useful information, but it should also be said that 5 years worth of inflation should also be factored in on the costs and since the values are denominated in $US, then you also have to factor 20% baht appreciation as well. Overall, I would guestimate that the costs are 40%-50% understated for these reasons… but still fairly cheap.
