I loved this quote from the Big Mango Weekly, which says what I feel, but expresses it better than I ever could:

You may wonder why any foreigner would want to live in such an environment? Well, we all know that pussy trumps personal safety so no use debating this. Let’s face it, I’d move to Chernobyl if it had a Lolita’s, a Nana Parking Lot, GoGo’s, Soapies with Sideliners, and girls running around the city in tight black and white schoolgirl uniforms.
