I have actually had two work days this week, but that’s not what inspired the title of the blog. It’s my sister. She’s been here in Thailand for almost a month, and I’ve spent every day with her since the 13th. I’ve enjoyed spending the time with her, but it’s been tiring… for her and for me.
Because we see each other so seldom, and because she may never come here again, we’ve been packing days as fully as we can, starting out with breakfast and staying busy late into every evening.
Yesterday I introduced her to one of my good friends… a lovely and hard working Thai girl (a commissioned sales woman) and they got along famously. They decided to go shopping together today — continuing to push my sister along at a busy pace, but giving me a much needed day of rest.
I have tidied my room, which was beginning to look a bit disastrous, and washed a load of clothes. My bed cover, in particular, was looking a bit grotty with stains from several different girls — a little difficult to just explain away.
I have only logged onto the internet perhaps three times in the past ten days, so it seemed like a good time to check in. Sis is here until Sunday, so it may be a couple more days before I offer much more than this brief blog.
Tonight my crazy ex-girlfriend is travelling to Bangkok. The plan is for her to have dinner with me and my sister. I’m not sure, but I’ll bet that she plans to stay in my room this evening. Maybe one (or several) more stains on the bed.
Last night my sis and I took a walk through Soi Cowboy around 11 pm on the way back to her hotel. We ran into Prufrock, a friend and one of the occasional commenters on this site. He was in a jolly mood and invited sis and me to join him for a beer in Tilac bar. He kept sis entertained with his non-stop stories and philosophies for twenty minutes or so, then we said our good nights and I walked her to her hotel, leaving Prufrock to do as much damage as possible to the dancing lovelies in Tilac bar.
I think the waitress was glad to see us go; speaking in Thai she said to Prufers that none of the girls would approach because it looked like he was talking to his wife. I laughed and told the waitress that she was my pee-sauw (older sister). She didn’t really seem to believe me but I insisted that it was true.
This has been a typical response from Thai people that have met my sis. IN spite of being ten years older than me, she looks younger, and there is little in the way of family resemblance. We haven’t got the same face, but also I am a large-bodied awkward jumbo jet with an unpleasant face while my sister is a slender beautiful girl. She has always resembled a fine featured china doll.
In any event, she has thoroughly enjoyed her time in Thailand. We are very good friends and it’s been a joy to run around together. Sis has been unafraid, eating street food, going into go go bars, and bargaining with street vendors. She’s great fun to hang around with.
Nothing more to say at the moment.
I’ll probably be back on Sunday. Till then, enjoy your weekend!

Sis sounds like a good sort. I walked my mum through the ‘Pong once, and she was fine. Everything was ok until one of the girls inexplicably started feeling her up. Can’t quite figure that one out. It was definitely more than the usual “‘waddee khun mer kha”. We left.

I wish my sis and I were friends… And according to many a Thai girl sources I know, yours is not an unpleasant face! Mine is another story as we both know?
Cheers mate!

Sis was keeping me busy. Since late Saturday night I’ve been working every day and I haven’t had an empty bed for even one night — it’s hard to write blogs with a Thai girl looking over your shoulder… 3 different girls these past five days to keep me away from the blog. I’ve got a ton of things to write about but no freaking time….

Hope everything is ok Werewolf.
I presume you are out there working and playing hard. And hopefully collecting nice stories.

That site is a bloody nightmare. It would have been nice without the comments and if it had proper content, but it doesn’t have both. Kenneth should go out of his house more and find a nice girl in America, he is fixating too much on a holiday destination (for him).

Pibar: You presume correctly. I have simply been buried with both work and play. This week saw us with a 3-day public holiday (Mon, Tue, Wed) in Thailand and it meant I had no work.
I celebrated by taking a driving tour of Isaan. Between being on the road and hunting for fresh girls upcountry I simply didn’t have a chance to log on the site for several days. Got back home and three hours later I had a girl staying overnight. No sooner had she left than the snuggler showed up with her overnight bag and stayed over for two nights.
I’m going upcountry on Monday morning for five days, so next week I should have tons of time on my hands. I’ve got lots of stories and maybe even some photos. I’m gonna try to put up a brief post now, but I’ve got dinner with a girl in two hours and tonight is the Big Mango Bar first anniversary of the Second Coming Party (see tfs2m.com for details but the party starts at 6 pm and runs all night long).
By all means visit Kenny’s site. Something to do until I find the chance to write….

Hi WW
Great read!
So glad to see you blogging again as I really enjoy your writing and your exploring nature. Reading all your stories from ‘off the beaten path’ will hopefully help me when I make my move to Bangkok in about a year.
Looking forward to more.
Take care WW
